- We do not provide refunds once an order is confirmed.
- If a product has a clear quality issue attributable at the time of dispatch, we will arrange a replacement.
- To request a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos).
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or personal use will not be eligible for replacement.
